Free to enter, judged on impact. The rules of the room. Last updated July 2026.
The Passport Awards honours travel creators across 25 categories. Entry and nomination are free and always will be. Anyone may nominate a creator; creators may nominate themselves. Nominees must be over 18 and create travel content in a personal or independent capacity.
An independent judging panel decides 24 of the 25 categories, scoring against published criteria that weight quality, storytelling, engagement and demonstrable influence on travel decisions over follower count. The People's Passport is decided by public vote. Judges declare conflicts and recuse from affected categories. The panel's decisions are final.
One vote per email address in each category. We may require email confirmation before a vote counts. Votes generated by automation, bought, or otherwise manufactured will be removed, and we may disqualify nominees who procure them. The published tally is subject to audit before the result is declared.
By being nominated, creators consent to a public nominee page using their name, public profile links and supplied photo. Any nominee may request edits or removal at any time via hello@thepassportawards.com. Nominators confirm the information they submit is accurate and that they have the right to submit it.
Tickets are subject to venue capacity and the venue's conditions of entry. The programme, timings and presenters may change. We may photograph and film the ceremony and use that material to promote the awards.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
